Flat-fish grading, at line speed.
Vision-based grading station for turbot, sole and other flatfish. Each animal is measured, classified by length and routed — without manual handling and without slowing the line.
Gradix runs alongside your existing line — fish go in one end, sized and tagged data comes out the other. No manual measurement, no manual log-book.
Flat fish are placed on the conveyor and travel under the illuminated grading window.
An overhead camera and inference model measure each animal in real-time, with millimetre-level resolution.
Counts and size distributions are logged per lot and exported as CSV or via API to your traceability system.
